General Information
1.
Trash must be out by 6:00 AM on your pickup day (preferably the night before) to ensure proper services each week. All loose trash must be bagged.
2.
Any bulk pickup or large items must be approved by the office 24 hours/1 business day in advance. If you have not made arrangements with the office at least one day prior to your pickup, during office hours, we may not be able to pick your items up. Fees may apply.
3.
In the event that a Flashes observed holiday falls on or before your normal pickup day, your service will be delayed by one day. Please see our Holiday Schedule for more details.
4.
Customers must notify our office in advance of any changes to their service. This includes address change, billing or payment change, and cancellation. Charges will continue until such notice is properly provided by the customer.
5.
If you have not received your postcard bill, please contact our office so we can make any necessary changes. If you have not received your email bill, check your spam folder- the Sender will be "NetComm@Trashbilling."
6.
Please note, we do not have designated pickup times. On your pickup day, we could pick up anywhere between 6:00 AM-4:00 PM. We cannot account for many things on a route; Some instances (closed roads, weather, non-passable vehicles, mechanical issues) may put us behind.
Before calling, check the following things:
-Is my bill paid to date?
-Was my trash out by 6 AM?
-Could anything at my house have prevented a driver from carrying out his duties?
Special Notice (2024)
Please keep in mind that we provide 30 days for payment, after your statement is available. In the event of any changes to your service, we use that bill as your notice from our office. If any adjustments are needed on your part due to changes on your bill, we ask that you call the office to discuss any possibilities.
Many utilities use a NET 15 system where you have 1/2 the time to pay a bill that we provide. Please approach this with kindness and understand that we are giving this extra time in hopes to allow you more comfort in paying your bills.
