SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

RESIDENTIAL PICKUP
Our residential service is convenient for one-family households setting out 6 bags or less each week. We now provide all new customers one 96 gal. trash can with this service, but other options are available, including additional can rental and multi-family household service, by inquiry only.

DUMPSTERS
Dumpsters, both residential and commercial, are available for order any time of year. Dumping options are weekly or biweekly. This service is billed monthly; prices based on the dump frequency. Please allow 2.5-3 weeks for us to have your dumpster built and delivered to your location.
COMMERCIAL PICKUP
There are different options for small to large businesses who specifically need invoiced, or simply need serviced under a business or commercial name rather than an individual. As a commercial account, you have the option of weekly service at the curb, or dumpster rental serviced weekly or biweekly on your preference.
ROLL-OFFS
Roll offs are available for 7 day rental, with one dump. These are first-come, first serve; What is available one day may not be available the next. We recommend calling 1-2 weeks before your desired date to confirm that we have one available. A deposit of half of the total payment is required up front to reserve a date.

SCHEDULED BULK PICKUP
For current customers only. If a current customer needs to get rid of a large or bulk item (i.e., couch, mattress, kitchen table) you may make contact with anybody in the office to notify us about your item. Notification must be received and CONFIRMED by office personnel at least one day prior to your pickup, during business hours.

TRASH CAN RENTAL
One 96 gal. trash can is included with our residential garbage service. Any additional can is $10.50 per quarter. Please keep in mind, renting an extra trash can does not up your bag limit. If you are in need of a larger bag limit, additional fees may accrue. Please contact us for details on can rental and larger service needs. In the Village of North Fairfield, we allow residents to rent a trash can by the year. For information on how to set up trash can rental in the village, please give us a call during business hours.
